Jill Bauman
President & CEO
Imagine LA
 
Jill Bauman is the president and CEO of Imagine LA. She initially joined the organization in 2007 as a board member and later that year took on the staff leadership position. She is passionate about engaging the faith-based community to embrace and eliminate the dire homeless family situationin Los Angeles and beyond.
 
Jill is a seasoned entrepreneur, business development executive and fundraiser. Her 25 years of experience include computer system design for American Management Systems, investment banking for Banque Paribas, fundraising for numerous political and non-profit orgzanizations, launching three companies and helping numerous others including, Ernst & Young, M Squared Consulting, University Access and Coats and Clark, with their business initiatives.
 
Jill is an active member of the Los Angeles community and has helped start 2 non-profits, as well as, develop an adopt-a-family program and a transitional housing facility for women and children. She is a former board member of the Los Angeles Women's Foundation and co-founder of Weingart Center Partners. She is also an Elder in the Presbyterian Church and a founder of Thad's Episcopal Mission Station.
 
Jill has a bachelor's degree in economics from Smith College and an MPPM/MBA from Yale University. She and her family currently reside in the Hancock Park area of Los Angeles. Jill enjoys the arts, tennis, swimming, skiing and other outdoor activities with her husband John, daughter Isabelle (13) and son James (10).
 
 
Michelle Mitchell
Director of Program and Operations
Imagine LA


Michelle Mitchell is the director of program and operations for Imagine LA. She was recruited to assist the start up of Imagine LA in early 2006 and has been with the organization ever since.

Michelle has over 12 years of experience in program development and management, and over four years of experience in sales and marketing. She formerly worked in the healthcare industry as the marketing and communications manager for Reproductive Partners Medical Group, a world-renowned fertility center in Beverly HIlls. Prior to her work at RPMG, she was the wellness program manager for Southern California's largest health care district in Redondo Beach - Beach Cities Health Disrtrict.

Michelle moved to Southern California 13 years ago from the East Coast. She has a bachelor's degree in public health and has accomplished various personal achievements, namely: 9 marathons and 15 half marathons. In addition to running, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family back East, traveling and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity International.

 

Dollicia Heath
Family Coordinator
Imagine LA
 
Dollicia Heath is the family coordinator for Imagine LA. She joined the organization in May 2010 and is dedicated to providing resourceful and beneficial services to further develop the emotional, social, career and academic needs of homeless families.
 
Dollicia started her career at the Salvation Army Booth Memorial Center where she worked as a residential counselor for teen moms and abused and neglected teen girls from DCFS. She then worked with at-risk probationary youth at the Masada Group Home where she quickly became manager. Knowing that children were her passion, Dollicia studied children's behavior and became a therapeutic behavorial specialist which translated into a position with Penny Lane Residential Facility as a residential counselor for at-risk girls. She later returned to the Salvation Army as their children services coordinator. Her most recent position was as case manager of emancipated youth and homeless families for the Westwood Transitional VIllage.
 
Dollicia will be attending Springfield College of Human Services this Fall where she will pursue a bachelor's degree. She attends the Faithful Central Bible Church of Inglewood and enjoys bowling, readhing and spending time with friends and family.
 
 
Daniel Tamm
Director of Faith Outreach
Imagine LA
 
Daniel Tamm is the Director of Faith Outreach for Imagine LA. He formerly volunteered as co-chair of the organization's Faith Community Outreach Council, but committed to the Imagine LA vision when he joined the staff in May 2010 to direct faith outreach efforts.
 
Daniel brings winning political organzing experience as he has been a consultant, campaign manager and field director for many who have been elected to the U.S. Congress, California State Legislature, Los Angeles City Council and the LA Board of Education. In 2007-2008, Danield served on Barack Obama's staff as regional field director in Southern California and also help organize the rural field campaign in Missouri.
 
Prior to politics, Daniel enjoyed a career as an actor, director and producer, mainly in New York Theatre. He currently lives with his wife and son in the San Fernando Valley where he volunteers as a youth soccer coach. Last season, his team--Real Madrid, won the Studio City Majors Division 2009 Championship. Daniel is a member of the All Saints Episcopal Church in Beverly Hills where he volunteers as a lector and intercessor. 
 
 
Pinky Vora
Executive Assistant/ Communications Associate
Imagine LA
 
Pinky Vora is the executive assistant/communications associate for Imagine LA. She joined the organization in June 2010 and has a passion for organizing and using communications as a tool to help others.
 
She started in the communications field as a student writer for Saturday Night Magazine where she had 3 published articles. She then interned at BLAZE Public Relations for 6 months were she helped in many grassroots PR campaigns. She tapped into the non-profit world when she had the chance to lead a group of 9 students in creating a PR campaign for Optimist Foster Care. Most recently, she was a part-time intern for Union Bank's Corporate Communications where she achieved coverage in many newspapers and Web sites including Yahoo! Finance and the Orange County Business Journal.
 
Pinky received her bachelor's degree in public relations and a minor in business law from the University of Southern California where she was also the president of the Public Relations Student Society of America. She enjoys dancing, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
