Imagine LA partners with existing homeless service agencies that provide temporary "transitional housing" to homeless families.  These agencies also provide the necessary case managment and wrap around services the family needs in order to function day-to-day and become self sufficient.  THP's work with Imagine LA to identify families that qualify for the SSFH&M program.

Beyond Shelter

In addition, Imagine LA has a special partnership with Beyond Shelter and it's Housing First Program.  Beyond Shelter and Imagine LA work together to match Faith Partner's and bring the SSFH&M Program to homeless families currently going through Beyond Shelter's Housing First Program.
