It is with great pride that we share Imagine LA’s most comprehensive and forward-looking Strategic Plan to date – the result of thoughtful and inclusive collaboration by our Task Force, staff, board members, Center for Nonprofit Management facilitators, McKinsey & Co. volunteers, and more than five dozen stakeholder interviews.

 
 

Over the next three years, Imagine LA will Build Equity Together by:

  • Driving to increase our impact on each family served and to expand the universe of families served

  • Investing deeply in our Family Partnership Model, team’s health, and infrastructure

  • Expanding our Economic Mobility Program externally to serve families outside of Imagine LA

  • Doubling down on innovation via sector leadership and social policy systems change efforts, and the development of our Social Benefit Calculator

  • Continuing to evolve our fundraising and financial practices, community engagement, marketing and communications tactics, and internal processes and systems

Thank you again to CNM, our dedicated volunteers, and our committed Task Force for keeping us rooted in the dignity of our families, our values of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, and the knowledge that together we can address the root causes of family poverty, homelessness and inequality -- to end the cycle of family poverty and homelessness and in Los Angeles and beyond.
