On August 26, 2021, Imagine LA hosted “Getting Real with EDI Work: The Staff Perspective,” a free virtual panel. The event brought together a group of panelists, representing different staff levels and sectors, to share their personal experiences of their workplace’s EDI initiatives, effective practices they’ve witnessed, and the lessons we can learn from them.
The event was hosted by Imagine LA President & CEO, Jill Bauman, and was moderated by Charmain Utz, LCSW, of Living Unapologetically.
