Our partners include permanent supportive housing developers, companies, social service agencies, transitional housing resource providers, faith communities, donors, volunteers, and community groups.
Family Referral Partnerships
Homeless service agencies throughout LA County refer families to Imagine LA post securing permanent housing. Case workers from these agencies understand our program and identify families that fit our specific criteria, providing a steady stream of potential participants. Click to refer a family.
Community Mobilization Partnerships
We engage individuals, faith communities, companies, service clubs, and other organizations to identify passionate individuals to mentor families through our Family Empowerment & Mentorship program. Mentors are guided and supported by Imagine LA throughout their journey.
Resource and Service Partnerships
In working with families who have recently transitioned out of homelessness, Imagine LA ensures families have the support they need on their road to self-efficacy. Our resource partners donate items (e.g. furniture, appliances) and/or services (e.g. legal, tax) and other resources.
